These pages are devoted to major restoration work involved, the history of the house and give some glimpses into the wonderful food which will be available as well as some of the people who have made it possible - from suppliers to advisers. We are now in the process of landscaping the grounds surrounding the house and have major plans for the remaining courtyard buildings - but like all restoration work it takes time, lots of time.
