Office Hours:
Our office is open for our patient's convenience Monday through Frida, from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.
After Hours:
cheap hotels in YorkDr. McKernan can be reached for emergencies by calling the office at (813) 884-4967. While the office is closed, an answering service will get in touch with Dr. McKernan or one of his associates who may be on call for him.
Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment only and this can be arranged by calling (813) 884-4967. Every effort will be amde to accommodate emergencies. New patients should plan on arriving ten minutes before their scheduled appointment in order to have ample time cecessary to fill out forms. Please be sure to bring your insurance card along. Patients with appointments to review test results or film should bring these along or contact the office to make sure they have been received prior to to the appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us so that we may offer your appointment to another patient.
Insurance Companies:
Our office accepts many different insurance plans such as Medicare, commercial plans, and most PPO's. For up to date information on whetehr your insurance company is excepted please contact the office.
Office Fees:
Our office will be happy to file all of your insurance claims. Co-pay and deductibles are due at the time of service. Fees not covered by insurance remain your responsibiblity. Self-pay patients should inquire when making their appointments as for what to expect in terms of cost and payment. The fofice excepts VISA/Mastercard for payment.
