Boerne Market Days Boerne Merchants Association 1-800-322-3868 or 830-816-1796 VENDOR AGREEMENT Boerne Market Days are two day events that will be held regardless of weather conditions. Booth fees are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Vendor hours are from 10am-6pm both days. Vendors are required to remain in their booths between these hours as a courtesy to customers and fellow vendors. Vendors are required to have Texas State Sales and Use Tax Permit clearly showing their tax I.D. number posted at their booth. To obtain a permit call (210)616-0067. You do not need a separate street vendor license ($100) from the city of Boerne since you are covered under the Merchants Association license and sponsorship of the event. It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect and report sales tax from Boerne Market Days in the name of the taxing authority of the City of Boerne. Vendor deadline for sign up is the Wednesday BEFORE the event weekend in order to avoid last minute confusion. Booth fees are as follows: 11'x11' space is $65.00 and an 11'x20' space is $120.00 with a $10.00 additional fee if electrical access is required. Discount pricing with advance booking for the 2000 schedule: advance book all dates July - December 2000 at $60.00 (11x11) or $110.00 (11x20). Payment must be received by May 25, 2000 in the amount of $300.00 (11x11) and the balance of $360.00 for the (11x20) space holders by August 1, 2000. Electricity is available at a limited number of spaces, so please indicate in advance if it is required. Vendors are required to provide their own canopy or appropriate covering, display equipment and extension cords. Tables are to be draped or covered in an appropriate manner. Port-a-Potties will be provided for vendor and customer use. On site loading and unloading is available for vendors but all vehicles must be moved prior to 10am to allow for customer parking. Vendor vehicles are subject to towing if not parked in the designated vendor parking area. Security is provided for the Main Plaza on Saturday night only from 6pm-7am on Sunday morning. The vendor assumes all risk of loss and damage in connection with transportation, display, storage, and sale of merchandise at Market Days. Market Days is advertised in various publications monthly such as Austin American-Statesman, The Westlake News, San Antonio Express-News, New Braunfels Herald, The Fredericksburg Times, The Boerne Star, and the Hill Country Recorder, etc. Flyers and posters are also distributed. Awareness banners are arranged at major traffic areas in the San Antonio area at a variety of locations. Check out our web site at www.mainstreetboerne.com and you will be impressed.
