Logos and other ideas...
Invitation"Passage to Provence", an exclusive fund raising event, is a silent auction/ dinner held annually. Hosted by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, I developed the logo and layout used on invitations, auction book and peripherals. The auction book that went along with the invitation. This is a bi-annual catalogue for Valley Moulding & Frame, a wholesale company. When I came on board for the project, the design was already in place. I handled the production end, scaling photos and placing type. Not your usual bottle and label. This, I redesigned from an existing Blackstone bottle giving it texture and better balance. I sprayed it with grey fleckstone to highlight the name of the vineyard and a triangular label was used to accentuate the tapered bottle. Who is Earl Grey? And why is his name used for tea? I thought he, whoever he is, should get a little more recognition for his tea package. So I set a gold frame around a bust shot of an existing illustration that looked like a guy named Earl Grey. Added some red to the box for an eye catching color, and wa-la.
