This is a roof-top deck in Hoboken, New Jersey. A young couple owned the top floor of a three story apartment building and wanted access to the roof. So we cut a hole through the ceiling, installed a circular staircase which led to a deck . The deck was designed to be removable in case of any future repairs to the roof. The lattice privacy barrier was double sided. Twice the cost but sooh private!
